The community of Reseda CA is named after a fragrant plant called the mignonette or reseda odorata, a Mediterranean flower that was commonly planted in California gardens in the early 1900s. Reseda CA grew slowly, remaining mostly agricultural until after WWII, when veterans began to settle in the area. Then, developers began to turn the orange groves into housing tracts and soon Reseda CA became one of the San Fernando Valley’s first suburbs. Today it is often used as a stand-in for small town America in TV and movies. Are you looking for ways to add value to your property in Reseda CA?
