The Progressive Referral Program is very simple:

  1. Just tell your friends and family about Progressive's Complete Insulation & Windows System:

  • Begin with a Blower-Door test to rate the air-flow efficiency of the home and discover outstanding air leaks

  • Clean out the ineffective insulation and debris in the attic

  • Air-seal all penetrations in the attic

  • Place eave vent baffles to maximize insulation extension and protect ventilation

  • Install Radiant Barrier in the attic to reflect 97% of radiant heat

  • Blow in new loose fill insulation to appropriate R-level (rulers show measure)

  • Re-test with Blower-Door and Infra-red camera to discover secondary leaks; this achieves maximum efficiency for each unique home configuration.

  • Replace leaky inefficient windows with high-energy, low-e double paned windows, properly insulated and installed

  1. Tell them to invest in their homes to save money and energy - "Help to do your part to make California more efficient!"
  2. Keep in mind that your referrals...
    1. must be received by Progressive before the initial contact with the referral;
    2. must be a new Progressive customer – no previous jobs done with Progressive;
    3. must complete their project with a zero balance.
  3. The person making the referral (you) submits at minimum their own name and contact information and the name and contact number of the Energy-Efficient-Minded people they believe will invest in Energy Efficiency.
  4. Progressive will call this individual to tell them about the FREE In-home Analysis which will help to determine how they can save money by developing an Complete Insulation & Windows System.
  5. When the job has been completed Progressive will issue a check for $100 to YOU for making the referral!
  6. There is a minimum $650 job requirement to qualify for this referral program.
