Home Performance Installer Positions Available in LA and Orange Counties

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Install insulation, windows and weatherization products in new and existing buildings for commercial and residential projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years construction experience needed as a foundation for our specialized training on how to correctly install home performance products. (Classroom training and certifications will be considered in lieu of actual employment experience.)

• PHYSICAL:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, or at elevated heights and use personal protective equipment.

• EDUCATION:

High School Diploma preferred, ability to read and write in English. Any Industry Certifications are helpful.

• LICENSES:

California Class C driver’s license, clean DMV (ability to be insured)
