ADVANCED Measure Incentive of up to $4,000

(LA County provides bonus of $500 at 20% reduction & above)

  • All Basic measures required

  • Wall Insulation (R19)

  • Proper sizing of hot water system

  • Proper sizing of heating & cooling system

  • Energy efficient windows, cool roofs & other permanently affixed measures

These Energy-Saving upgrades will help optimize your home so that it is more energy efficient. You will realize long-term energy savings which will produce financial benefit far beyond the original incentives. The improvements to your home will in turn tend to increase the value of your home to future buyers, while in the meantime increasing the comfort and indoor air quality of your home for all the years that you live there.

Progressive is Building Performance Institute (BPI) accredited and has six BPI certified staff. The Energy Upgrade CA program requires the validation of all testing and projecting of energy savings to be done by BPI certified individuals. Progressive also maintains affiliations with many national energy efficiency related organizations, including RESNET, as an approved EnergySmart Contractor, California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) member, Energy Star, Efficiency First founding member and US Green Building Council - sponsor of LEED certification.

Because the program is limited to SoCal Edison territory in co-operation with SoCal Gas, and because the first-come-first-served basis funds are limited, Progressive encourages all interested homeowners to act as soon as possible for earliest consideration.
